[ Overview ]

A benchmark scheme for high-quality urban living.

Meadow House comprises 29 high-specification apartments arranged around a landscaped courtyard, with a rooftop terrace providing shared amenity space for residents. The scheme was procured under a design and build contract and delivered over an 18-month programme.

Complex site logistics — including restricted access and live neighbouring properties — were managed through detailed sequencing and continuous client communication. All 29 units were handed over on schedule, with a full snagging and aftercare programme in place.
